The ADX department is seeking a motivated, experienced Software/QA Engineer to provide support to our Community Team located at ADI's Wilmington Office. We are looking for someone to assist in designing test cases and executing testing during sprints. As well as ensuring our documentation is always organized & up to date.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts
  • Designing test cases and executing in-sprint testing to ensure the quality of software releases
  • Performing root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of defects and quality issues
  • Collaborate closely with team members and proactively communicate any blockers the project faces
  • Facilitates technical process writing meetings with process architects and subject matter experts
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the Document Control / Management procedures

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business Information Technology, Business Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Software Development or equivalent
  • Understanding of modern communities or websites
  • 3+ years' experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, .NET and SQL
  • Understanding of REST APIs & Integrations
  • Experience using Version control software, such as GIT

Preferred qualifications

  • Passion to develop creative and innovative solutions.
  • Experience in Azure DevOps
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, network topology, and IT best practices
  • The ability to think logically.
  • A good memory of how business systems work and interact.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work with multiple teams in different countries.
  • Superior organizational skills
