The Solution Management team
The Solution Management team is the focal point for the development and revenue growth of discreet solution offerings, which consist of a suite of service products and supported medical equipment included as part of the service product. This team leads the development, launch, and future advancement of service products by working with multiple technology, manufacturer, and service partners as well as internal commercial and corporate stakeholders to build and integrate new and enhanced service products. This responsibility also includes defining and refining the user experience, managing the content development process, and working with the internal stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.
Position Description
The Associate Solution Manager will work with internal teams to build service products that fill gaps and increase customer satisfaction of existing service product solution offerings; in particular, the service area(s) of Specialty Equipment and Services.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Solution Management Directors to define the vision, roadmap, and goals for the solution offering.
- Understand and become an SME on the overall solution offering, defined as: services and supported specialty equipment included as part of the service product.
- Gain an understanding of the specialty equipment educational content required by both internal and external customers and develop a standardized plan for delivering this content.
- Partner with product development on creating training materials for new products for both internal and external customers.
- Work with learning & development to ensure internal training materials are incorporated into employee onboarding plans.
- Understand the market, competitor landscape and key market drivers for solution positioning and success.
- Suggest solution enhancements to improve user experience.
- Integrate new/redesigned solution offerings into sales process through development of sales and readiness capabilities, training, and enablement tools.
- Collaborate with downstream marketing, sales optimization, sales, operations, finance, and others as required to deliver solution offerings and tools.
- Represent Agiliti's products and solution offerings in selected key customer engagements, conferences, and other venues.
- Coordinate with Customer Experience group on obtaining customer feedback for integration into our solution offerings and training.
- Other duties as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of product management or learning and development experience in the healthcare market.
- Familiarity with market research, consumers' behavior and marketing techniques.
- Strong time management and demonstrated results.
- Knowledge of healthcare market, specifically in medical device products and services solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Healthcare-related field.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Demonstrated ability to be effective in working with cross-functional teams to clearly define and deliver the right solutions to market, at the right time.
- Think strategically and execute methodically.
- Like to work in a fast-paced environment, where continuous innovation is desired.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to foster and maintain a high level of organizational professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite.
- Travel up to 25%.
