Job Description

CyberArk India is looking for a passionate, self-driven, and energetic Associate Solutions Engineer for Presales. In this role, you will learn how the CyberArk Identity Security Platform can protect organizations against cyber security threats. You will learn how each component of the platform works from a technical perspective and be able to advise and guide our customers and prospects on how technology can be used to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Become the technical subject matter expert for the CyberArk Identity Security Platform
• Be able to articulate the technical value to our customers, prospects, and partners
• Contribute to the sales process by conducting presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training.
• Contribute to CyberArk marketing initiatives by supporting roadshows and creating content.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs
• Manage and run customer proofs-of-concept (POCs)

Qualifications

• IT Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years’ experience in a technical role in either:
• Cyber Security and/or Networking and Administration
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to learn technical concepts and apply them to the real world
• Technical certifications in Cloud, Microsoft, SANS, ISC2 would be advantages
• Comfortable with various operating systems such as Linux/Unix and Windows
• A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization.
