Job Description

We are searching for an Associate Specialist, BU Control to join our team.

This role is responsible for supporting the Wealth Management (WM) business unit by developing sustainable WM metrics and dashboards. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing related tools and methodologies needed to maintain metrics that help inform and drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain WM Metrics and Dashboards
  • Analyze business unit data needs against available data to identify appropriate metrics
  • Develop and maintain procedures, tools, and methodologies needed to maintain sustainable and repeatable metrics
  • Analyze metrics output to "tell the story" in the data
  • Summarize metrics into dashboards that can be easily consumed by various levels of leadership across the business unit
  • Support existing monthly exception reporting process
  • Serve as back-up for existing monthly exception reporting process
  • Risk Management and Compliance
  • Support WM Control team in other risk management and compliance projects/requirements as needed

Knowledge & Skills

  • Must have strong analytical skills and desire/ability to utilize available data analytics tools
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to direct the activities for multiple units within WM
  • Project Management skills

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience working in finance, data analytics, or related field
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Risk, and/or other relevant field is highly preferred
  • Wealth Management experience a plus
