Associate Strategic Operations Director

Using an understanding of Data and Technology Enabled Sites including Inteliquet, other internal platforms and partner technology including feasibility and patient finding, provide strategic input for all GTM teams including RWS and RDS GBUs and RBUs.

Partner at the multi-functional level and continuously evaluate Inteliquet and partner technology to support site & client needs.

Collaborate and help guide IQVIA RBU and GBU teams to evaluate local needs for site-installed technology, that enables footprint and capability expansion.

Engaging with Data & Technology Enabled Site Pillar Lead, Categories and GTM, Program Management, and Technology teams, develop and implement regional expansion initiatives, expand partnership opportunities, strengthen overall relationships and ensure global consistency.

Engage with additional patient finding technology assets managing multiple assets in the same manner.

Essential Functions

-Support internal GTM strategic relationships and alliances; build networks with necessary stakeholders internally and where appropriate externally.

-Identify materials necessary to support GTM and work with Marketing & Communications and Data and Technology Pillar lead to generate appropriate materials.

-Work with internal operational leaders and stakeholders to review, enhance and and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop timelines and processes for tracking KPIs.

-Provide oversight and/or act as an Account Owner for internal alliances under guidance of Pillar Lead

-Where appropriate, work with select small group of contracted external customers to evaluate their needs and encourage participation, enagement and utilization of Inteliquet services for oncology studies

-Responsible for the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and other activities for assigned opportunities and/or clients

-Collaborate with other IQVIA solution managers, BD personnel and customer managers to present a single voice and strategy to the customer.

-Initiate internal escalation meetings to ensure quick response to any quality concerns or customer escalations, ensuring appropriate representatives from stakeholders and operational management are involved as appropriate.

-Represent IQVIA needs to internal stakeholders; provide consultation on strategy and operational delivery as needed; serve as an internal consultant to internal business partners for integrated functional solutions

-Participate in broader solutioning discussions with responsibility for capability presentations

-Act as the key data and technology enabled site global expansion relationship manager with IQVIA RBU's.

-With Pillar Lead, guide dialog regarding creation, expansion and/or access to of networks and footprint including oncology and site networks in local or regional markets, educate to increase the understanding on business model development for an oncology panel, increase in sites and increase in patients and the subsequent impact for that RBU's life science client base.

-Work with internal Inteliquet functional and IQVIA operational leaders to educate RBU's, scope their expansion plans and align on resource needs to execute local deployment of an oncology solutions.

-Accountable for leading the development of RBU specific strategies that align structural support of Inteliquet operations with that of the RBU.

-Engage with additional patient finding technology assets and partners managing multiple assets in the same manner for IQVIA RBU's.

-Work with patient finding tech teams and IQVIA operational leaders to support tech deployment and implementation into delivery processes.

-Participated in initiatives for Inteliquet and Patient finding technology focused on enhancing support of IQVIA customer base focused on customer delivery, features and enhancements, evolution of new offerings, engagement with epidemiology, etc.

-Participate in market research and competitive analysis activities that provide information in support of the business needs analysis process and strategic account management.

-Participate in Inteliquet leadership team meetings, participation and engagement with IQVIA GTM teams both at GBU and RBU levels, and other meetings as needed.

Required Experience

-Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management or a related field

-9 years in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry, experience to include clinical operations, CRA, Commercial and /or alternative operational functional (e.g. business development, data management, project management, laboratory, pre-clinical)

-Understanding of feasibility and patient finding technologies
