Critical Mass' Trailhead Program is a 12-week paid jump start to your career. You will have the opportunity to try the digital agency world to see if its for you! Developing talent is part of our DNA, and in fact many of our long-term employees started as interns. This program is a fast-track to launch your career with regular learning opportunities, mentorship and real client work.

During your initial onboarding, you will embark on a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, and how we engage our people and clients. You will attend exclusive soft-skill building webinars spanning professional development, leadership, innovation, and diversity & inclusion.

This 12-week Trailhead program commences June 5th.

You Will:

• Bring the ideas and vision of our creative department(s) to life
• Create complex animations for a variety of digital media platforms across various lines of business
• Be capable of taking and implementing feedback
• Produce versions of content that demonstrate awareness of the content’s intended end use and resolve potential problems ahead of time
• Collaborate and build relationships within the studio team, as well as across other agency disciplines and offices
• Maintain focus and quality of output while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

You Have:

• Certification or equivalent education in motion design
• A strong portfolio and reel showing proven experience in short form motion design/editing
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Experience in Cinema 4D and other industry-standard motion & video software is favourable
• Problem solving capabilities and an openness to learning the newest tools
• An eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
• Excellent communications skills
