Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood MO.
Position Responsibilities:
- Validating shop/supplier schedules and ensure schedules are performing to plan
- Ensure data in systems accurately reflects current status
- Developing solutions to complex problems that are consistent with organizational objectives
- Perform Root Cause Analysis/end of month escapes analysis
- The candidate will serve as a primary focal and external spokesperson for their orders and be expected to brief leadership on major matters pertaining to the performance and delivery of their transactional spare requirements
- Assist in identification and resolution of supply chain management constraints discrepancies and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture
- Assist in monitoring performance metrics perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of spares contracts
- Primary systems and tool's include PC Queries BRAIDSS Compass Contract (DG11) BESSY MESci SCARS SMPP NWP MS2 GOLD and Microsoft Excel
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years' experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas VLookups pivot tables charts filters and linking worksheets
- 1+ years' experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans schedules or solutions
- 1+ years experience in Supply Chain Management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management)
- Understanding of BGS Supply Chain practices and processes
- Understand how to navigate through production supply chain systems

Summary pay range (Associate): $73950.00 - $100050.00
