The Associate Systems Engineer is responsible for evaluation, testing, implementation and escalated support of SaaS applications and supporting Anaplan corporate IT infrastructure and operations. The Associate Systems Engineer also resolves identified business problems with automated systems solutions in collaboration with Senior and Principal members of the IT Engineering staff.
Your impact- Support Senior and Principal Engineers with administration and daily operations Microsoft Ecosystem, including O365 and Active Directory
- Daily administration of SaaS applications including Okta, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian Suite, Box and other application.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to coordinate on IT policies
- Build policies and scripts to support company owned devices
- Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material to internal employees and IT staff
- Work with PeopleOps and IT Engineering & End User Services (EUS) to develop automated onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop tooling and processes to facilitate end-user asset management, provisioning and tracking
- Participate in general IT operations and user support
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives
- Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency
- Oversee and provide operational support including account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization
- Develop system-monitoring and support automation to enhance and scale the quality of support
- Experience administering SaaS applications like Okta, Microsoft 365, Box, Slack, Zoom etc.
- Experience developing automation workflows and integrations for repetitive or manual tasks
- Hands-on experience supporting Mac and PC
- Experience working with CI/CD tools and Github
- Experience with observability tools like New Relic, Datadog, or Splunk
