Job Summary:

In this role you will apply your content & low code technical expertise to all aspects of the application development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many audiences (end-users, power users, technologists, and lines of business) daily. Whether balancing the needs of multiple audiences or supporting more senior staff on complex projects, you use and apply your experience, judgment, and risk mindset across your responsibilities.
In this role you will focus on designing and developing sites, low code applications & end-user computing tools, automations, chat bots, and data reporting to deploy innovative offerings, support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and fulfill business needs.

• Build low code applications and end-user computing tools, automations, sites, chat bots, social networks, and data reporting solutions using the application lifecycle management process
• Possess a governance and risk mindset, ensuring all solutions meet MUFG's regulatory and risk policies
• Leverage automation and reusability to improve the application lifecycle management process
• Ensure optimum performance, high availability, and stability of solutions
• Create documentation such as user guides and software development guides
• Provide insightful data reporting to stakeholders and executive management of platforms, deployed solutions, and users
• Nurture a community of citizen developers within lines of business to further organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
• 5-6 years' related experience
• 4+ years of experience in application lifecycle management and/or Microsoft 365 products
• 4+ years of experience in financial services
• Experience re-platforming on-premises/legacy applications and platforms to cloud solutions
• Experience ensuring compliance to IT governance and regulatory risk management policies
• Experience conducting change management activities for technology platforms
• Experience with Enterprise Low Code: Power Apps
• Experience with Enterprise Business Automation: Power Automate
• Experience with Enterprise Analytics & Business Intelligence: Power BI
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management & Intranet: SharePoint Online
• Experience working with end-users and business units to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
• Experience coordinating and conducting training for end-users
