This role performs a variety of detailed technical, administrative, and back-office responsibilities, helping to support the day-to-day operations of nCino's global Talent Acquisition team within the People Operations department. The AssociateTalent Acquisition Operations Specialist will support special projects relating to the improvement of the team that may include updating Standard Operating Procedures, involvement with third party vendor and stakeholders, and data gathering. In addition, they will support Talent Acquisition's administrative operations related to interview scheduling, travel, expenses, candidate experience, screening, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and delivering a superior candidate experience that fosters nCino's amazing and award-winning culture
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires joining nCino
  • Facilitate and lead nCino's live onboarding sessions while guiding new hires through their first day
  • Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews -meticulously managing all facets of the interview process from start to finish
  • Greet and welcome candidates while providing tours of nCino offices
  • Coordinate the candidate travel process and related activities
  • Identify opportunities for development of SOP's
  • Assist with projects relating to recruiting operations process improvement
  • Establish an understanding of technology tools for recruiting related systems
  • Serve as liaison for third party vendor onboarding and stakeholder relationships
  • Learn and understand Workday, nCino's internal applicant tracking system
  • Learn and develop knowledge of general employment laws to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and corporate policies

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • 0+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting and or combination of equivalent education, experience, or superior performance
    • Technology savvy with interest in systems as well as data driven reporting
    • Ability to support and successfully coordinate complex scheduling
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Conscientious; very attentive to detail; ability to multi-task
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, culture-oriented company
    • Professional, confident, and enthusiastic
    • Flexible: willing and able to work non-traditional hours, on occasion

  • Desired:
    • Workday experience
    • Experience scheduling high priority meetings in a fast-paced environment while navigating complex calendars
    • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System
    • Prior experience leading recruitment projects or improvement projects
