What You’ll Do:
The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team who is passionate about building a diversified and inclusive workforce and is focused on creating a best-in-class employee experience. As an Associate TAP you will have a focus on end-to-end recruitment, often for specialized positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring employees. You will factor in the long-term goals of our organization and acknowledge that people play a huge role in our company’s future success. Put simply, as an Associate TAP, you have the organizational task of finding the most suitable person for a position and maintaining and growing the culture of the organization.
This role has a hybrid work structure and can be based at one of the following locations: Scottsdale, AZ, Chicago, IL, Las Vegas, NV.
- Source candidates via various job boards, Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS), referral networks, job fairs, and other channels to successfully hire for openings.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top talent for current and future opportunities by utilizing online recruiting tools, social media, associations, hiring events, and networking events.
- Screen candidates, collect and track candidate feedback, and provide recommendations to the hiring managers for consideration.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews. Follow up with hiring managers and candidates for feedback and discuss next steps.
- Move candidate through the hiring workflow and maintain current notes on candidate status and eligibility.
- Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout full recruiting lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding.
- Extend verbal offers to successful candidates and send offer letters with new hire documents in a timely manner.
- Provide new hire information to People & Culture Business Partners to ensure proper onboarding.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Prioritize openings and properly track the number of hires for requisitions with more than one approved headcount.
- Post jobs on internal and external job boards and update requisition information in Greenhouse ATS as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the role and key attributes required.
- Assists with various other recruiting projects as assigned.
- Works with a high level of energy and sense of urgency to fill openings.
- Supports the organization’s goals of sourcing diverse candidates utilizing innovative search strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with high volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Experience sourcing and closing entry level and mid-level roles.
- Knowledge of and practical experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Enjoys working in a start-up, fast-paced environment.
- Must be an independent self-starter as well as a dependable team player.
- Ability to travel to job fairs and on-site meetings as needed.
- Must be 21+ years of age.
