The MIH Talent Development Academy contributes to Lilly's next generation workforce by addressing the organizational and demographic needs of MIH. The MIH Talent Development Academy identifies, attracts, develop/retain and advance/leverage early career professionals, and create a pipeline of scientific talent to sustain Lilly's future growth. It will also bring together existing talent development programs across various functions and create new programs to deliver a holistic talent management strategy for MIH. Reporting to the Senior director, the Associate - TDA Project Coordinator, is to provide full support to MIH Talent Development Academy programs and initiatives to support talent recruitment and career development.

Job Duties:
  • Provide full support to MIH Talent Development Academy programs and initiatives to support talent recruitment and career development.
  • Manage SharePoint sites including manage user permissions, documentation storage, update and create websites, and other SharePoint Admin duties as needed.
  • Maintain TDA website and crucial documentations and update daily.
  • Responsible for preparation and distribution of material to support the onboarding of Intern-To-Hire Program (i.e.: Project Submission Tool, Intern Approval Forms, project kick-off meetings, first day instructions, project related system access, and off boarding responsibilities)
  • Gather and understand business needs to create automated reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Utilize excellent organization skills to manage follow-through communication both internally and externally for interview scheduling (Internship, Leadership Development, and Direct Hires).
  • Coordinate and assist communication and logistics for internship to hire program from initial stages in recruiting and onboarding all through end of internship and off-boarding.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met by coordinating cross functionally with teams on projects initiatives and prepare necessary materials for presentations as needed.
  • Manage distribution lists for each TDA program and program committees including managing user permissions through Lilly Identity and Access Management.
  • Assist in creating a robust onboarding platform to be utilized by multiple departments and customize based off department needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for organizing trainings provided to TDA members.
  • Assist TDA mentoring program initiatives by utilizing Power BI to connect mentors to mentees based on technical skillset and strengths.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal parties to assist with TDA growth and brand representation.
  • Create and maintain Project Submission Tool by constructing rebuild and manage maintenance by utilizing SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power BI.
  • Create and manage department project calendar and events for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Act as a liaise supporting the Leadership Development Program by maintaining project storage site and assisting in planning events such as graduations as needed.


Basics Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience working in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Career Development, and/or Project Management


Additional Skills / Preferences:
  • Demonstrated proficiency with platforms such as SharePoint, Power BI, Visio, PowerApps and experience with manipulating data to develop visual reports, dashboards, & KPIs.
  • Prior experience administering and managing SharePoint sites.
  • Experience and in depth understanding of full cycle recruiting process.
  • Ability to create and revise Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal interaction skills.
  • Ability to display strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize objectives and projects.
  • Experience working cross functionally across multiple departments.
  • Demonstrate ability to execute and manage multiple projects at a time to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience communicating project updates and presentations to leadership and stakeholders, as well as track, manage, and communicate projects with little oversight.
  • Experience creating, writing, and refining SOPs and putting processes into place.
  • Proficient working with Visio to translate data into visual examples.
