Associate Technical Consultant

We are currently seeking an Associate Technical Consultant to be part of our Technical Consulting team for our Unycom Product. The Associate Technical Consultant is responsible for providing guidance and support to customers on the effective management and delivery of technical applications and services. Ensures solutions are aligned with customer objectives, driving successful outcomes through consultation, implementation support, and ongoing optimization.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical field
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of SQL

It would be great if you also have

• Understanding of coding languages such as Java
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property

What will you be doing in this role?

• Engage actively in customer meetings to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges, ensuring a thorough grasp of their needs and context. 

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify and recommend the most appropriate technological solutions, leveraging detailed analysis to address customer requirements effectively. 

• Support the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, contributing to the creation of tailored strategies and ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs. 

• Configure, set up, quality assure and optimize systems and applications, performing tasks such as, customer demos, testing, documentation and User Acceptance Testing support to ensure seamless functionality and performance. 

• Document and report on technical configurations, setup processes, and troubleshooting activities, providing detailed records that support ongoing maintenance and future reference. 

About the Team

This role will report into the Manager, Technical Consulting working as part of a team of 5 Technical Consultants

Hours of Work

Full-time, permanent role based out of our Graz office on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week in the office.
