Associate Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

As a Junior/Associate (Fresh) Consultant, you will assist in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and help them maximize the potential of the Dynamics 365 platform.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Support the customization, implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to design and develop processes that meet client needs.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 modules.
• Provide support and training to end-users post-implementation.
• Help in the preparation of documentation, including system specs and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial processes and operations is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
