What does a great Associate Technical Engineer in Training do?

As an Associate Technical Engineer in Training, you will receive On-The-Job Paid Training and Paid Tuition to attend Metropolitan Community College as a student. While completing college courses, you will work part-time learning the following on the job:

• Learning how to complete emergency repair and ongoing maintenance for industrial print, inserting, and credit card personalization equipment
• Gaining experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Being mentored by very tenured, skilled Technical Engineers
• Working with Leadership who is passionate about your career development and future with Fiserv.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• High School Diploma/GED; required.

Requirements for Entering Program:

• Enrollment in an Electrical-Mechanical or Tool & Die/Precision Instrument Associate Degree program at Metropolitan Community College after completing the Fiserv offer process to start as an employee.
• Willingness and ability to be trained on the products serviced.
• Ability to stand 95% of your shift
