Your day at NTT DATA

The Associate Collaboration Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is an entry level subject matter expert, responsible for learning the skills to work closely with the TS Systems Integration team to action configurations, installations and attend to break/fix events that are deemed less complex in nature.
This role works towards associate level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge to action configurations, installations and attend to break/fix events that are deemed less complex in nature.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability of piloting a basic project autonomously using PRIMER methodology
• Coordination between different teams (presales, technical and customer team)
• Master project reporting activities (technical and financial)
• Learns the ability to start 'owning' portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycle.
• Functions jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
• Action less complex configurations and installations.
• Attend to less complex break/fix events during project lifecycle.
• Provides support and work alongside with Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Strong understanding of project management skills (PRIMER methodology, prince 2, Agile methodology, V Model organisation
• Strong understanding of various concepts ; Quality monitoring, financial skills, time management
• Basic understanding and appreciation of technical design principles.
• Ability to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processes.
• Displays a strong learning orientation.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate a client service orientation.
• Hands-on proactive in approach.
• The ability to work overtime when required.
• Some exposure to deployments for less complex tasks.
• Knowledge and basic understanding of dial plan designs and implementation.
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Teams solutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of Webex Calling solutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of Cisco and Microsoft UC Ecosystems (billing, attendant console, room booking, etc)
• Knowledge and understanding of Audiocodes SBC suite product
• Displays analytical problem-solving skills to isolate root cause.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Master degree or equivalent in project management or product manageme

Required Experience:

• Some work experience in technical implementation engineering, specific to Collaboration technologies.
• Basic relevant working experience - preferably voice platforms.
• Microsoft, Cisco OR Audiocodes certifications would be appreciated
• Basic experience with Cisco and Microsoft UC cloud solutions including bulk administration, provisioning and management of endpoints and user accounts in large-scale systems.
