Job Description:
Join our team as an Associate Technical Writer in this exciting entry level opening. The Enterprise Policy and Documentation team within Compliance is responsible for maintaining CoreLogic’s documentation within our corporate standards. EPD documentation is considered the “source of truth”. You will be responsible for learning the required methodologies and practices to support business areas that comply with policy and company requirements.
Additional key responsibilities include:

You will support areas of business change control process, capture and write new procedures, as well as perform ongoing maintenance and updates to existing documents.

You will interview subject matter experts, create process maps, high-level SOPs and detailed work instructions for publication into Adobe FrameMaker and onto dedicated SharePoint sites.

You will work under the direct mentorship of Professional Technical Writers.
Job Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience a plus
-
Prior technical writing and/or editing experience highly desired
-
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-
Creative thinking and problem solving abilities

Ability to manage time and projects independently    Â

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g., SharePoint, Visio, Word, Excel)

Experience in structured authoring a plus (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker)
-
Willingness to establish and foster relationships with clients
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously

Annual Pay Range:
53,200 - 64,002 USD
