Associate - Technology Support
Job Description
We are seeking a Mobile Device Management Administrator to join our team to manage provisioning of carrier services, client services, inventory, and financial management of the inventory/features. Candidate needs to be self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, client focused and a responsible team player.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain inventory of mobile devices in the Go Mobile Portal
Metric reporting for mobile devices
Liaison with telecom carriers, Tangoe TEM partner, internal DW Ops teams, client base and SVM partners.
Mobility budget management
Manage Wireless Procurement queue IN SNOW ticketing system
Manging and approving orders in GoMobile
Manage Apple Business Manager account
Create documentation on mobile device related procedures and workflows
Qualifications:
- Experience with Telecom Expense Management solutions
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Extensive knowledge of computer operations and applications to include proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and others. Must also be able to quickly learn new computer applications and carrier portal/Vendor tools (AT&T and Verizon) administration of data and reports
- Able to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of personnel, including management, customers, and vendors, and respond to issues or situations that require interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to change.
- Must be self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience with IOS Apple Devices
- Associate degree preferred
