We are seeking a Associate Test Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will conduct a range of testing activities throughout our sprints to ensure that features are delivered effectively to the production environment. You will also be responsible for documenting test results, which will support the development of future application documentation and help mitigate the impact of application defects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing administrative requirements to support a coordinated approach to testing, including organizing Acceptance Testing meetings with users.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and contract providers to align systems and processes.
• Participate in a variety of test procedures, including designing risk-based test cases, recording activities and results, logging results in testing tools, and communicating findings to the Lead/Manager and other stakeholders.
• Deliver outputs on time while meeting defined cost and quality standards.
• Complete timesheets and compliance training as required.

Requirement:

• A qualification in Information Technology or a degree in Actuarial Science or Finance.
• We seek candidates with 0-1 year of experience in testing.
• Essential Skills and Characteristics:
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Beneficial: IT skills, including database querying (e.g., SQL).
