Associate Tools Engineer - Tiger Engine Sharing

As an Associate Tools Engineer on a new core engine team at Bungie, you will help develop tools and workflow upgrades for our award-winning proprietary “Tiger Engine”. You will work alongside other engineers to build new frameworks that allow us to share tools upgrades more easily between different game projects. In addition, your contributions will empower content creators and engineers across Bungie to do their best work and ultimately improve our ability to create great games more effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain production-quality code using C#
• Collaborate daily with a cross-disciplinary team
• Extend and maintain features, tools, and workflows

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of core programming concepts such as threading, debugging, maintainability and performance
• Ability to communicate with customers of different technical and non-technical backgrounds 
• Works well in a collaborative culture where every member of the team works toward a common set of goals

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Familiar with tools development using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Familiar with automated software testing and continuous integration methodologies
