ABOUT THE ROLE
The Peloton Treasury Team is looking for a talented Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate is a finance minded self-starter, highly analytical, attentive to detail, and highly organized. Moreover, the candidate is someone who consistently exceeds expectations and excels in quantitative and qualitative analytics.Ā
The Associate will support Pelotonās consumer financing programs, payment processing relationships, corporate insurance, Peloton Rental Program, T&E policy, and other strategic finance and ad-hoc Treasury projects. The Associate will help drive value to the business by maximizing finance opportunities and collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON:
- Work as part of a team to help solve complex business issues from ideation to execution
- Assist with Treasury initiatives including consumer financing, payment processing relationships, insurance workstreams, T&E policy updates, and ad-hoc Treasury projects
- Monitor and report KPIs across consumer financing, payment processing, insurance, and other workstreams leveraging large datasets and multiple systems
- Develop business plans and financial models for customer financing programs
- Relationship management with payment and financing partners
- Work cross functionally with Data Science, Ecommerce, and Legal teams to develop workflows and analysis to support the Peloton Rental Program
- Assist with the collection of data and inputs from cross functional teams to support our annual insurance renewals
- Support T&E policy updates and enterprise-wide finance initiatives, including quarterly reporting
YOU BRING TO PELOTON:
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- 1-2 years relevant Treasury, Finance, or Management Consulting experience (recent college graduates may be considered)
- Experience with PowerPoint and Google SlidesĀ
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Vlookups, filtering, pivot tables, conditional formatting)
- Eagerness to work with external partners and gain relationship management experience
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify areas to improve processes
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with an analytical approach
Base Salary: $81,800.00Ā to $106,400.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
