Job Description
BlackRock Financial Management, Inc seeks Associate, Treasury in New York, NY to be responsible for assisting with the coordination of capital repatriations, contributing to cash management operations, participating in related projects and preparing executive presentations. Req's: Master's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: analyzing profit and loss accruals in income statements and balance sheets to produce key metrics for senior management; utilizing Accounting and Accounting based reporting systems to aide in the analysis and preparation of several key deliverables, including foreign exchange, profit and loss, and liquidity group reporting; performing program management or user acceptance testing and project execution to support business and technology change programs; analyzing Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and resolving potential issues discovered through risk and controls audits; utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and VBA; and working with Latin American clients, internal counterparties, or financial institutions to coordinate cash management activities and corporate banking transactions. For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $104,500 - $125,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
