Associate UI Engineer

Join our exceptional development team as an Associate UI Engineer. The job will consist of UI implementation and iteration, including front-end, matchmaking, and in-game HUD screens. This team member will work closely with the Lead UI Engineer and the UI Art team to make revisions based on playtest feedback. Being part of a collaborative UI team we expect a strong sense for UI design and a drive to make clean, user-friendly and forward-thinking user interfaces and the ability to express ideas and feedback to the rest of the team.

• Use and extend existing UI tools to build content for the game
• Support and assist UI artists in integrating art assets and data into the UI
• Tackle various localization issues including in-game text, font, textures, and VO
• Cognizant of performance as it relates to UI

• Able to communicate and work with on a team involving multiple disciplines
• Enthusiastic gamer with a passion for making great games
• Strong C++ experience

• Experience with UMG and Unreal Engine a plus
• Prior experience shipping a PC title with multiple input options a plus
• Previous work on Multiplayer Action Games and FPS's a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering a plus

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $80,000—$120,000 USD
