Associate User Acceptance Testing

Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience
Work Experiences:
- < 2 years of QA/UAT testing experience or work in eCommerce/Omnichannel
Skills:
- Basic understanding or ability to quickly learn Microsoft office tools and other job applications
- Ability to write test documents such as test plans, test scripts and reports, from requirements and specification documents for self
- Ability to quickly learn functional technology and user flows
- Good multi-tasking abilities and time management skills within a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily scrums and grooming sessions related to signed projects
- Able to serve as UAT test lead of customer-facing projects with reasonable oversight
- Participate or lead the creation of all testing scenarios from epics, user stories and BRDs
- Perform routine ticket validation activities and regression testing of the code under test
- Provide daily updates on defects, roadblocks and other impediments to product team, team lead, or manager
- Participate in grooming sessions, understanding requirements and acceptance criteria
- Participate in deployment cycles for assigned projects and sprints
- Partner with User Experience to ensure UI layout and feature flows are as intended per design
- Manage escalations to manager / senior manager which are impacting the release/product launch
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy's policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Duties may change, and team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned

- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
- Regular attendance required
