Position SummaryArkose Labs is looking for a Associate User Interface Architect to join our growing team. You will be an integral part of our Customer Success organization, responsible for driving the onboarding and adoption of Arkose security solutions in our customer base.You enjoy technical details and can implement changes, but can also communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational needs. Your focus will be on providing a user interface that is as frictionless, quick, beautiful, and fun for the occasional authentic human user who encounters a challenge, so that people all over the world can continue to enjoy using the services of our customers.Responsibilities
  • Owning technical aspects of delivery (e.g. design, test, go-live) of Arkose Labs security solutions
  • Innovating and continually improving our internal methodologies and processes
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations
  • Customize CSS styling off Arkose anti-fraud solutions to match customers UX/UI requirements.
  • Create design related artifacts that are needed by the engineering team to develop the user interface.
Must Have
  • Have 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Web design, another related technical field or its equivalent
  • Be fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; proven ability to translate ambiguous questions or asks into actionable insights and deliver solutions
  • Critical thinking skills to identify gaps and prioritize opportunities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; past experience successfully partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate experience in a technical customer-facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services
  • Have the ability to break down complex problems into elegant user interface.
  • Proficient with CSS3 and HTML5.
  • Have experience with the popular design and project management tools (Figma, Miro, Jira), data analytics tools and standards (HTML/CSS, accessibility)
  • Ability to translate design requirements from Figma/Sketch mockups into CSS code.
  • Have experience solving complex technical challenges and implementing an end-to-end solution
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner

  • Understands scripting languages such as NodeJs, Python, SDK and JavaScript to implement APIs in DevOps environments
