Associate UX Designer

We are looking for an Associate UX Designer to join our talented UI/UX team. You’ll be working closely with the UI Lead and our team of UI/UX designers and artists, along with engineers on a cross-platform project. You will help design the best user experience possible by advocating for UX best practices.

• Work closely with the UI Lead, engineers, and stakeholders to drive the best user experience possible
• Be an advocate for UX best practices to create a cohesive and intuitive experience
• Effectively communicate your designs through documentation and presentations
• Create and optimize designs (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.) based on research, direction, and feedback
• Proactively seek feedback while also providing it
• Actively maintain file and resource organization
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to constantly raise the quality bar

• Passionate about games and has an extensive knowledge base of their current and upcoming design trends
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing designs throughout the project
• Attention to detail to make sure every aspect of the designs are thoughtfully fleshed out from beginning to end
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and strives to create a productive work environment

• Highly proficient with Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience working with Unreal and UMG
• Experience working on first person shooters and/or co-op games

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $63,000-$77,000 USD
