What You'll Be Doing:

• Thrive in the Art of Snappy Storytelling:
  • Edit captivating short-form content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Craft compelling long-form video sales letters utilizing in-house footage and stock libraries.
  • Analyze direct marketing trends and infuse them into your videos, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
  • Unleash your imagination to create brand-focused storytelling that elevates the aesthetic of all video content.
• Embrace Creativity and Innovation:
  • Apply brand guidelines to videos, while also introducing fresh and exciting ideas.
  • Skillfully manage priorities and workload, meeting all schedules and deadlines with finesse.
  • Transform user-generated content into compelling and engaging video creatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and copywriting teams to optimize creative concepts and bring them to life
• Master the Art of Publishing:
  • Assist in managing the publishing process, optimizing content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and impact.

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• 1-2 years of editing experience, where your creativity and technical skills flourished.
• Basic knowledge of media encoding and publishing, allowing you to navigate the ever-changing digital landscape.
• A deep desire to learn the art of creating docu-style video content and engaging Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube ads.
• A burning passion for the lifestyle, health, skincare, and/or pet industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Premiere, where you can work your magic to create visual masterpieces.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $22.55-$30.10/hour, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
