Associate Vote Specialist (Hybrid)

Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Vote Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team!
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing policies and procedures that ensure timely delivery and processing of all voting received, to meet SLAs
- Ensure all items are processed /prioritized in a timely manner.
- Assist team with daily responsibilities if required
- Perform testing, indexing, and handling reconciliation reports
- Communicate effectively with Client Services/Vote Audit teams
- Communicate effectively with Management about volumes and departmental needs
- Escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager
- Ensure metrics are logged in
- Perform all other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Data Entry Processing experience
- 1+ years experience working in a corporate setting
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Good analytical and MS Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Requires 2x a week in the Deer Park, NY office

Salary range $17.00- $22.00/hourly. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units
