The Marketing Team is a vital part of this mission, helping reach new members and communicating important information about the company and its services. We are rapidly growing by opening new offices, expanding into new markets, and providing more services to members of all ages.
As a web developer on the Marketing Team, you will help maintain and optimize the One Medical website, visited by millions of current and prospective members nationwide. Along with making content and design updates, you will also utilize experimentation and testing to innovate and drive membership conversions, retention, and engagement. In our highly collaborative environment, you will partner with designers, analysts, marketers, and engineering teams to deliver solutions that enhance the end user experience.

What you'll likely work on:
- Help current and prospective One Medical members find information and resources on the One Medical website by optimizing the content, design, and SEO of various web pages.
- Enhance the online experience for current and prospective One Medical members through experimentation and testing. Assist with planning, running, and analyzing A/B experiments for the One Medical website.
- Improve and maintain the technical performance of the One Medical website to deliver a high quality online experience.
- Ensure the One Medical website is accessible to all people by implementing web accessibility standards and best practices.
What you’ll need:
- Communication and collaboration skills that allow you to successfully partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building websites within a full-stack CMS (content management system) framework like Wordpress, Drupal, Magento, or others.
- Experience working on or with Marketing teams and/or Creative teams.
- Experience using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools like Next.js, React, Webpack, or others.
- Experience using Git and GitHub or similar tools for managing code changes in a team environment.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is 92,000$ to 155,000$ Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, RSUs, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
