Associate Web Producer

Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks an Associate Web Producer. In this role you will work with Linkwell’s Product and Editorial teams to publish the assets that support our content marketing and consumer engagement programs. 

In this position, your key performance areas (KPAs) will include:
 

Teamwork 

• Work in Linkwell’s Content Management System to build and publish digital content. 
• Manage and organize multiple requests from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication on projects.
• Deliver high quality production work on time with high attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and improve efficiency.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.

Technical Expertise 

• Proficient working in Content Management Systems like Drupal and Wordpress. 
• Experience selecting, cropping and resizing images for the web. 
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. 
• Experience producing and deploying email and social media campaigns. 
• Ability to work closely with technical resources to troubleshoot issues or improve the product. 

Client Success 

• Desire to exceed client expectations. 
• Understanding web analytics and program measurement. 
• Ability to be clear and effective in client facing communication.

• Identify areas for improvement with the publishing process.

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• Bachelor's degree 
• Experience using Content Management applications like Drupal or Wordpress. 
• Used HTML, CSS, and javascript in previous projects. 
• An interest in growing their technical abilities. 
• An eye for detail. 
• Previous experience in online publishing or digital marketing a plus.

This position is fully remote but could require occasional travel to client locations and Linkwell’s New York office, post-pandemic. Salary commensurate with experience.
