Responsibilities:

• Work with design leads to create compelling interactive experiences.
• Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel perfect execution across all project deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders to gain insights into business and project objectives with assistance.
• Learn the end-to-end process of project delivery and the associated design tools involved.
• With assistance, design usable, frictionless interfaces based on customer insights and human-centered principles.
• Build wireframes into functional prototypes.
• Develop and grow customer-centric, business strategies.
• Develop and communicate UX/UI project plans and status updates including rationale behind design decisions incorporating feedback as a means for improvement.
• Cleary describe key research and usability testing insights.
• Plan user research efforts with assistance.
• Interpret and share data collected into useful research insights.
• Build research skills, such as asking probing questions in a non-leading, relevant, and neutral manner.
• Use, contribute to and help maintain the company design system to facilitate consistency and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in graphic design, human computer interaction, management information systems, software development, computer science, other Information Technology and design-related fields, or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency with web and mobile prototyping tools, (Figma, Adobe XD, or related software)
• The desire to strive for the highest quality experience, through design critiques and collaboration.
• Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with a variety of roles.
• Positive, can-do attitude and self-motivated.
• Strong commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with user research tools helpful, such as (UserTesting.com, etc.)
• Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing tools helpful (Google Optimize, Maxymiser, Visual Website Optimizer (VWO), etc.)
