Overview
The Association Engagement Specialist facilitates effective partnerships with multifamily industry associations in our key markets. The Association Engagement Specialist works with local sales teams to prepare, plan logistics, and coordinate with other team members as needed to support association events. This role is required to organize timely plans for all company tradeshows, as well as tracking of all tradeshow display material.
What you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, in Business Administration, or other relevant field.
- 2 - 5 years of Marketing and event coordination experience.
- Some travel (up to 10%) is required for key events.
How you will make an Impact:
- Build and maintain a database of association contacts and information including a calendar of industry events.
- Work with sales teams in local markets to strategize effective association event participation and optimize sponsorships.
- Support participation in major association events at the State and National level.
- Work with other Marketing Team members to promote events through email, social media, web tools, and other tactics.
- Work with the Branding and Creative Team as a liaison for the sales team to support appropriate, effective messaging and design.
- Work with local Sales and Operations Team members to ensure trades how equipment is distributed and maintained appropriately.
- Seek and strategize thought leadership opportunities and collaborate with associations and other industry partners to offer valuable content and resources to build the Chadwell Supply brand and position as an industry leader and key partner.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of annual company sales conferences and other events as needed.
- Develop metrics for performance-driven strategies to demonstrate and boost ROI from sponsorships and events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gauge ROI and to determine how future events could be improved.
- Manage pre-and post-show email messaging; facilitate a process to collect and integrate customer data into the CRM.
