As a Marketing and Sales Representative, you will:

• Engage in event fundraising activities to support our clients' causes.
• Utilize your competitive edge to drive sales and achieve fundraising goals.
• Participate in event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote fundraising events.
• Connect with consumers through face-to-face interactions to promote client products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the consumer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Receive training and mentorship to enhance your marketing and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell client products/services at various fundraising events.
• Engage with potential customers to create brand awareness and drive sales.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm during events.
• Track and report on sales performance and event outcomes.
• Ensure all marketing materials are properly displayed and distributed.
• Work closely with the event management team to meet client objectives.

• Athletic background or competitive sports experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
