Atlassian Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Mission

Are you passionate about making individuals work easier by supporting their daily work in the Atlassian universe, setting up dashboards or creating new projects in Jira? We are looking for an experienced Atlassian admin. The role could potentially be arranged as a hybrid work model. We'd like to discuss your work preferences to see if this would be a good fit for you.

More specifically, you will:

• Be the first contact for all Jira and Confluence related questions
• You are responsible for supporting, maintaining, and extending our Atlassian suite
• Within this role, you will directly affect process implementation, integrate Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management etc.)
• Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs

Who you are and what you have

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a similar course of study with an IT focus, alternatively comparable professional experience
• Professional experience in conception, operation, and consulting in the Atlassian cloud environment
• In-depth knowledge of the Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management required
• Methodical knowledge ideally certifications in the areas of project management and IT service management
• Professional experience in the digitalization and automation of processes
• Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Confident communication and presentation skills
