About the role

We're excited to be looking for an Atlassian Consultant to join our team of talented professionals.

As an Atlassian Consultant, you will leverage your expertise and contribute to the success of our customers' businesses. Your strategic insights and comprehensive understanding of Atlassian products will enable you to provide valuable guidance, optimize workflows, and streamline processes for our esteemed clientele. 

You will join an organically growing consulting team of 20 spread around Turkey. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on exciting projects and initiatives, driving innovation and delivering transformative solutions. With your in-depth knowledge of Atlassian products, you will implement customized strategies and configurations, ensuring our customers maximize their investment and achieve operational excellence.

Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be vital in building solid relationships with our valued customers. As a trusted advisor, you will proactively identify their needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver personalized training sessions, empowering them to effectively use Atlassian products to their full potential.

What you'll be doing

• Management and configuration of Jira and other Atlassian products (Confluence, Crowd, Bamboo, Bitbucket)
• Analyzing customer needs, creating the project, flow, screen, custom field designs, and definitions, and adapting these needs to Jira
• Examining the error notifications from the customer, making technical analysis, intervening in the situation, or communicating the need to the technical team
• Guide our clients in the selection and implementation of cloud software. Collaborate with your team on client-specific customization of the tools and evaluate possible extensions.
• Analyze customer requirements and support our clients in digital transformation projects with Confluence, Jira, Trello & Co.
• Manage successful projects and ensure their completion on time and within budget.
• Show customers how to work most effectively with Atlassian tools by organizing workshops and training.
• Document your knowledge and experiences transparently and regularly.

What we're looking for

• Experience in consulting, ideally in IT (software and digitization projects, ITSM, software... )
• Experience in the management of digital transformation projects
• To have an idea about project and process management concepts such as ITSM, Asset Management, CRM, PPM, Agile, and SAFE
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with customers in a clear and professional manner
• Strong intercultural mindset and project management skills, with experience managing projects from start to finish
• Demonstrated ability to document and maintain professional work standards

A few nice to haves

• Experience with Atlassian tools like Confluence, Jira, Trello & Co.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills. 
• Having relevant certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Professional). 
• Strong communication skills and self-confidence, ability to utilize these skills in client visits and personal interactions as needed.
