Job summary

As Technical Consultant, you will report to a Professional Services Manager. 

You will be managing several projects for different customers autonomously within the same week - we have 4,000 customers and we work for teams of various sizes from various fields... in other words, you'll never get bored!

You'll be an awesome :

Advisor - Analyzing our customers' needs, carrying out technical and functional audits, continuously providing your advice

Guide - Deploying, configuring, integrating the applications depending on each customer's needs and requirements

Coach - Delivering comprehensive training to the end-users

Ambassador - You'll spend 75% of your time with our customers in Germany or international. 

Your assignment

You speak perfect German and English.

You have studied computer science, information science/technology or you have equivalent education/work experience

You have delivered small to mid-size technical projects in a previous role

You have prior experience in consulting, technical support, software development or pre-sales activity on collaborative tools

You know the Atlassian suite at least as an end-user

You do not need development expertise, but your good programming skills will come in handy (Java, Javascript, Groovy, etc.)
