ATM Tech Support Specialist

As an ATM Tech Support Specialist at Euronet Worldwide, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the company's payment solutions by ensuring that ATM networks are in good working order. In line with Euronet's goal of providing consumers with the most convenient options to interact with their money, you will be responsible for maintaining ATMs in various locations around the world as well as diagnosing and resolving technical issues that may arise. Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on ATM networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ATM networks.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues to ensure that ATMs are properly working.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and escalate issues as necessary.
• Provide remote support for ATM-related issues raised by customers.
• Document and escalate issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
• Schedule and coordinate on-site repairs of ATMs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a technical support role in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate on technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
