ATM Tech Support Specialist

Euronet Worldwide, Inc., a leading player in the financial services industry, is searching for an ATM Tech Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues that arise with ATM machines, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As an industry leader, Euronet Worldwide drives transactions through various cash-based and digitally driven platforms, providing a presence in every level of the global payments value chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to ATM machines
• Provide technical support to field service engineers and customers via phone and email
• Perform on-site service visits to resolve issues that cannot be addressed remotely
• Perform preventative maintenance on ATM machines to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical support activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years experience in technical support or related field
• In-depth knowledge of ATM hardware, software and networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel domestically and internationally as needed
