What you'll be doing:

The Recruiting Systems Specialist (RSS) is responsible for the effectiveness and performance of the applicant tracking system (ATS), the reference, texting, contracting, and job management portal (JMP) platforms used to support clinical recruitment in the Staffing Operations Organization. The (RSS) is assigned to a variety of tasks supporting all recruiting systems and the end users. Combined, the Recruiting System team ensures that the clinical recruiting teams are equipped with high-functioning tools sufficient to meet the recruiting needs of the company.

  • Support the entire clinical recruiting team with the use of the four recruiting systems so the team performs at their highest capacity in service to the company's clinical recruiting needs.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and educate users on proper system use, revisions, enhancements, and newly released functionalities.
  • Train users on the systems, as necessary
  • Manage the job posting process within the ATS.
  • Promote data integrity and business process adherence.
  • Manage and resolve comprised data within the ATS such as duplicates, and cross-referenced records.
  • Research, identify and utilize various sourcing tools to obtain data.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business and candidate qualifications and competencies.
  • Create and maintain monthly data quality reports.
  • Maintain awareness of current ATS, TextUs, Skill Survey, Salesforce Lightning Contracting System and Job Management Portal releases and upgrades.

Who/What we are looking for:

  • You are able to work in the SCP Health Lafayette, LA, Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX office in a hybrid capacity at least three days per week.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • You have three or more years of experience working with Bullhorn.
  • Previous experience providing training, work direction, and mentoring to lesser experience peers.
  • You have proficient technological skills (Boolean search, database management, data quality, metric tracking).
  • You have proficient computer skills, to include MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • You are able to use multiple computer systems and quickly learn new systems, experience with Salesforce, SkillSurvey or TextUs is a plus!
  • You have excellent time management, communications, decision-making, organization, human relations, presentation, and attention to detail.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and can independently manage the day-to-day workload.
  • You communicate professionally (written and oral) with all levels of the organization and with external contacts.
  • You are collaborative!
