As an AT&T Client Service Associate, you will be engaging directly with customers and businesses, educating them on the value of AT&T’s wireless and fiber solutions, and enrolling them in services that best support their needs. From lightning-fast internet to advanced mobile technology, a AT&T Client Service Associate plays a key role in helping customers experience the unmatched benefits that only AT&T can deliver. AT&T Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and plans, including wireless, internet, and bundled telecommunications solutions to best assist businesses and customers
• Engage with businesses and customers to identify needs and provide tailored AT&T services that enhance their everyday lives.
• Educate customers on the value of AT&T’s advanced technology, from 5G networks to internet and wireless services.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication to build trust and create a seamless customer experience.
• Consistently achieve sales goals by enrolling businesses in AT&T plans while representing the telecommunications industry with integrity and enthusiasm.
AT&T Client Service Associate Qualifications:
• Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to confidently
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving telecommunications environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to excel independently as an AT&T Client Service Associate.
• Ambition, reliability, and a passion for providing the best customer experience possible through AT&T solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,300.00 per week
