What will your job look like?• Perform system administration role for the Atlassian Jira (Data Center) • Perform system administration role for the Atlassian Confluence• Jira data migrations utilizing Tasktop /Planview Hub (sync server) • Create Linux shell scripting and other forms of scripting useful with a Linux environment• Provide Tomcat configuration/administration, configuring SSL, Oracle DB connectivity, Security, etc.• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for the java apps• Work from the Linux command line• Interface with AT&T's application hosting for all relevant activities• Set up key pairs and key based authentication• Create scripting for various kinds of monitoring, self-recovery actions, notifications, maintenance, etc. • Provide automation for processes and scripting wherever possible• Configure the Oracle client end to interface with JIRA, Confluence and Task Integration Hub

All you need is• Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences preferred• Fluent English (Verbal and Written)• 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology organizations and ticketing tools• Atlassian Jira Administration (Data Center) (including add-ons: Scriptrunner, Automation for Jira, Zephyr Squad, Elements Connect, JMWE, Easy Agile, easyBI, Issue Matrix, ACLI/JiraCLI, Advanced Roadmaps)• Atlassian Confluence Administration / System Administration• Tasktop Integration Hub / now 'Planview Hub' (sync server) Admin experience (Tasktop will provide free training)• Linux shell scripting and other forms of scripting useful within a Linux context• Tomcat configurationadministration, configuring SSL, Oracle DB connectivity, Security, etc.• Performance tuningtroubleshooting java apps; all three apps run in Java under Tomcat• Knowledgeable of Linux commands• Jira, Confluence and/or Tasktop Hub (now 'Planview Hub') Admin experience preferred• Linux shell scripting• Java scriptingGroovy Scripting• Knowledge of Change Request (CR) processes and CR tools preferred • SAFe certificationExperience
