What You’ll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate: • Engage with customers in-person to educate, build rapport, and provide personalized sales solutions as an AT&T Sales Associate. • Promote and sell AT&T wireless plans using proven sales techniques. • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets as an AT&T Sales Associate, contributing to individual and team goals. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information during in-person sales conversations. • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving questions and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction in your role as an AT&T Sales Associates • Work collaboratively with other AT&T Sales Associates and team leaders to drive performance and positive results.
