β’ Pay:This role operates on a performance-based compensation structure, with earnings directly tied to sales. On average, AT&T Sales Team Members earn between $48,000 and $60,000 annually
β’ Job Location: Office + assigned customer meeting location

Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Tam Member:
β’ Engage with prospective customers face to face, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to drive sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
β’ Lead by example in surpassing sales quotas, setting a high standard for performance within the team and the office.
β’ Maintain accurate records by meticulously entering customer information into our secure database.
β’ Provide support in training, daily operations, and report management to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
β’ Participate actively in meetings with the sales team, leadership core, and office manager to enhance skills and foster leadership development.
β’ Track and input all new and existing client information to ensure all personal information is up to date.
Qualifications for an AT&T Sales Team Member at NSI Telecommunications:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in marketing, business, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred but not required.
β’ Experience in sales, account management, client relations or leadership roles.
β’ Demonstrated selflessness and a willingness to prioritize team objectives over personal gain.
β’ Eagerness to learn and openness to constructive feedback.
β’ Strong work ethic and a positive, collaborative attitude in the office environment.
