Audio Video Analyst II

The Audio-Visual Analyst will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of audiovisual systems used in the company, including designing, implementing, and troubleshooting AV equipment and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all AV systems operate effectively, and will be required to work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and implementation of all AV systems used by the company, including video conferencing, digital signage, and other AV technologies.
• Provide technical support for all AV equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that all AV systems are meeting the needs of the business.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to AV systems and processes.
• Evaluate new AV technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to existing systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of AV equipment and systems.
• Participate in the planning and execution of events that require AV support.
• Manage relationships with AV vendors and service providers.

We are excited to speak with someone who has the following...

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system design and support.
• Knowledge of AV equipment and systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, and video walls.
• Familiarity with various AV technologies, including codecs, amplifiers, mixers, and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to AV systems and equipment.
• Experience with Crestron and AMX control systems is a plus.

Salary: $56,200 - 77,300
