Responsibilities:
1. Provide support for the build-out and expansion of offices in audio visual systems.
2. Independently enhance the visualization of AV operation and maintenance indicators through BI, identify problems, improve operation and maintenance efficiency, and achieve prior perception and avoidance of issues.
3. Have the ability to lead whole APAC countries to do the deployment of new technology.
4. Carry out the risk assessment to provide the technical solution, ensuring the scalable and audio visual system.
5. Streamline workflows and processes to enhance efficiency via optimization and automation, standardizing troubleshooting procedures, and refining audio visual issues escalation and services processes. Engage closely with vendor/manufacturer to coordinate maintenance processes, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to tiktok global standards.
6. Have experience in cross-functional team collaboration, and have the ability to deliver multiple projects at the same time and collaborate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, Served in a foreign design consulting company.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Audio Visual system design and 2 years in operations.
3. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Apple devices through airwatch, ABM.
4. Have some data analysis ability to support decision making, such as Tableau.
5. Familiar with well-known brands in the audio and video industry,like Extron/Crestron/Biamp/QSC etc.
6. Advanced audio visual certifications (CTS) or equivalent certificates.
7. Related certifications such as PMP are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiar with audio visual automation concepts and tools (like PJlink Protocol, SSH, HID, Zabbix) is a plus.
2. Experience with audio visual system structure planning and deployment globally.
3. Knowledge of program & UI design (Crestron/Extron) and design guide.
4. Experience in planning, constructing, and optimizing audio visual systems globally.
