The OpportunityÂ
 As an Audit Associate you will have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Your primary responsibilities will consist of supporting all parts of audit engagements including cash, account receivables, account payables, fixed assets, inventory, payroll, and overall expense analysis to assist clients with improving business performance and managing risk.Â
You will have the opportunity to gain a broad spectrum of knowledge working with our sophisticated client base consisting of high-net-worth individuals and companies in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing & distribution, real estate, and service and technology, as well as international businesses.Â
How You Will Spend Your TimeÂ
- Review and audit business transactions in all parts of the audit engagementÂ
- Utilize knowledge of internal accounting controls and professional standards (GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB) to provide clients with individualized solutionsÂ
- Efficiently identify, research, and analyze issuesÂ
- Collaborate with your engagement team and communicate effectively with senior team membersÂ
- Begin acquiring the skills necessary to develop and build quality client relationships and loyaltyÂ
- Develop an understanding of the client's industry and recognize key performance indicators, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developmentsÂ
- Participate in networking activities and maintain contact with business peers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master’s preferredÂ
- Major and overall minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0Â
- CPA license or CPA eligible in the near futureÂ
- Effective multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining work qualityÂ
- Exemplary written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Growth mindset and ability to solve problems and find solutionsÂ
