Audit Associate

Vantage Point Solutions, based in Mitchell, SD, is seeking a full-time position in our growing Banking Division to work with financial institutions. We have an immediate opening for an Audit Associate. Candidates will work remotely and must be willing to travel occasionally.

Summary/Objective

As an audit associate in our Banking Division, the candidate will work with Vantage Point clients to provide quality customer service, support and timely follow-up for internal controls, operational, and regulatory compliance audits for clients. You will be expected to communicate with clients on a routine basis to prepare for upcoming audits, and gather and document information from our clients. The successful candidate will have the skills, knowledge and desire to complete routine audits as assigned. These audits will assess the adequacy of the financial institution’s policies and procedures as well as their ability to meet certain regulatory compliance requirements.

Candidates should be self-motivated, resourceful, professional and exhibit strong customer service skills.

Education & Experience

A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of five years of banking experience including bank operations is required. Ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of financial institution regulatory requirements.

Supervisory Responsibility

No direct supervisory duties.
