Position OverviewThe Auditor I will validate product to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound loading accuracy. Responsibilities include assisting with investigation and resolution of errors

Description

• Unload pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identify sample pallet not yet loaded
• Carry out quality checks related to pallet construction, Product wrapped well, stacked well, up the right way, trailer in good condition
• Validate product is of good saleable quality via visual check. Escalate to ICQA lead if poor quality or input in iPad
• Validate product has valid date per rules/exceptions Escalate to ICQA lead if date invalid
• Validate physical product matches order using handheld scanner, scan product which then automatically checks it off against the order quantity (contained in scanner)Count product unloaded on the floor to double check scanner count, input manual count, adjust count numbers if necessary, including in case of lead spot check identifying a difference
• In case of errors, investigate likely reason by viewing pick slot. Provide information to ICQA lead who enters information into iPad
• Correct errors that ICQA lead determines necessary based on customer contract
• Reload product on pallet onto trailer/return to warehouse team when physical count ties to order value and/or approved by ICQA lead
• Travel Required: No
