What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our Audi/VW Marin team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Work with salespeople daily to assist with their working prospects as well as prospecting for future business
• Manage the new vehicle sales desk in an efficient and productive manner focusing on the customer's needs and time considerations
• Utilize CRM to record all opportunities and ensure proper follow up is completed
• Manage and maintain an adequate inventory of new vehicles
• Utilize market-based pricing tools
• Assist in weekly training of salespeople regarding sales processes, inventory, and ongoing customer satisfaction efforts
• Prepare documents and paperwork for the business office accurately.
• Report sales progress daily to GM

The opportunity is for you if you have:

• Minimum of two years new vehicle sales management experience
• Luxury automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check

Pay range for this role is: $120,000 - $350,000 per year.

Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/bonuses, which will vary based on productivity.
