We are looking for individuals to join our production assembly line of transit buses who have Auto Body Repair experience. Must be capable of performing a visual inspection of body and perform repairs as needed in a timely matter. Must have basic knowledge of operating various sanders and grinding tools.
- Minimum of 1 year of Auto Body Repair experience; 3+ years preferred
- Proficient at performing sheet metal body repairs
- Body filler application and finishing
- Fundamental spray gun use and primer application
- Ability to work on metal utilizing hammer and dolly work
- Proven ability to work well with others
- Effective communication (Written and Verbal)
- Capable of working on assigned work instruction
- Must produce high quality work in a timely fashion
- Good attendance
- Fiberglass experience a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all necessary personal protective equipment, including respirators, safety glasses, gloves, and coveralls, throughout the workday
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, and occasionally kneel or squat
- Fast Pace, high quality environment
- must be at least 18 years of age
- Standard start time: 5:00 a.m.
EXPECTED COMPENSATION
$34.00 + premium benefits
